Cattle Roulades

Beef roulades are a traditional dish in Germany. They are known in every region and differ by and large only in their fillings and side dishes. Beef roulades are thin large meat slices from the beef leg. The fillings range from the classic variant with bacon and sour cucumber to Wiener sausages, Mettenden and vegetable fillings.
