Boiling Potatoes

Boiling Potatoes

For potato salad, fried potatoes, potato pancakes or peel potatoes, it is best to use a firmly boiling variety of potatoes. I like to use the variety Cilena. This potato variety has a strong yellow meat and tastes very aromatic. The Linda variety also belongs to the group of firmly boiling potatoes. After cooking, it remains nice and yellow and its elongated shape makes it ideal for potato salads, so that you can cut as small even slices as possible.
