Beef stock

Beef stock

Beef stock is obtained from a brew, for which beef meat, beef bones, vegetables and spices are boiled down heavily. Beef stock is particularly suitable as a basis for strong and aromatic dark sauces. These go well with hearty dishes such as roulades or a stew.
