Banana juice (English Banana juice, french) Jus de banane, ital. Succo di banana, span. Jugo del plátano) or banana nectar is available from various producers in bottles. The fruit content is approx. 25 %, whereby it concerns banana pulp, which is diluted with water. Other ingredients are sugar, citric acid and ascorbic acid. Depending on the manufacturer, the banana juice can be slightly creamier or thinner. It is worth trying different varieties, as they have very different tastes. Banana juice tastes well chilled very refreshing and only slightly sweetish. You can drink banana juice pure or mix it with other juice varieties for non-alcoholic long drinks. Banana juice can also be used to refine cocktails or to mix with wheat beer for banana wheat.
