Apricot juice

Apricot juice or apricot nectar from the bottle is better suited for cocktails, desserts or cake glazes than apricot juice from a tin of pickled apricots, as it usually tastes too sweet and not so aromatic. Apricot juice from the bottle is made from fruit pulp and water, sugar and lemon juice.
