Angostura Bitter 44% Vol. is only used in small quantities for flavouring cocktails and long drinks. It comes from Trinidad (Angostura) and was originally used as medicine. Angostura contains gentian roots, angelica roots, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, galant, mace, cinchona bark and bitter orange peels.
