Aiol sauce with garlic pieces and olive oil is available as a finished grill sauce in small glass bottles to buy. Aioli sauce not only goes well with grilled or roasted steaks, it also goes well with fish, mussels or calamari. Aioli sauce can also be served with fondue. As the finished aioli sauce also contains vinegar, it has a slightly sour taste. Although homemade aioli is a bit more complex to prepare, it tastes more aromatic.
