Wok Recipes

All wok recipes can of course also be prepared in a large pan if you do not have a wok. You can reach incredibly high temperatures in the wok. Meat, chicken, fish, shrimps and vegetables only need to be heated very briefly. The vegetables retain their colour and remain crunchy. Meat becomes very crispy, but remains juicy. You can even fry pasta or rice in a wok. Season shortly before the end of cooking so that curry, for example, does not burn and becomes bitter.
