Vegetables

Here I have listed all dishes whose main ingredient is vegetables, but which are not vegetarian, but also contain meat or animal fats. Vegetarian recipes are listed in a separate section. The vegetables section also includes vegetable side dishes such as potato dumplings or potato croquettes. Further recipes with vegetables can also be found in the categories vegetable gratins, potato gratins or pasta with vegetables. Vegetables are low in calories, healthy and rich in vitamins. You should eat fresh vegetables, salads or raw vegetables at least once a day. Vegetables should always be prepared as freshly and gently as possible in order to preserve the vitamins.
