Turkish Recipes

In Turkey, food is a culinary event that is best enjoyed with family or friends. Through the most different landscapes, a large variety of the Turkish kitchen comes off. You can serve a soup in advance, followed by cold or warm starters. It is accompanied by Cacik, a delicious yoghurt dish and freshly baked flat bread. Fried eggplants or Sigara Börek are also popular. Turkish recipes are usually prepared with mutton, lamb, beef or veal meat. Also known are Köfte, Döner Kebap and the popular Turkish pizza Lahmacun. The wonderful desserts form the conclusion. Mocha or tea or refreshing Ayran is drunk on almost every occasion.
