Stir Cake Recipes

Stir cakes are easy to prepare and are therefore also very popular with baking beginners. For stirring cakes, a stirring dough is prepared first. Depending on the recipe, this can be refined with chocolate, chocolate sprinkles, nuts, raisins, lemon peel and rum or baking aroma. Stir cake is usually baked in a box mold. But you can also use a Gugelhupf Form or a Napfkuchen Form. Stir cake can be covered with sugar icing or chocolate icing.
