Roulade Recipes

Roulades taste softer the longer they stew. In addition to the classic beef roulades, which are filled with bacon and cucumber spice, there are countless variations with other fillings such as sheep cheese or vegetables. Pork roulades, turkey roulades or fish roulades can also be filled in many different ways. Especially fine are Italian Involtini from veal meat, which are filled with Parma. Also popular in winter are the hearty cabbage roulades with minced meat filling, which can be prepared with white cabbage, savoy cabbage or red cabbage. Leber cheese can also be prepared as roulades.
