Recipes for pasta dough

Noodle dough can best be rolled thinly in several passes with a noodle machine. Pasta dough is cut with special attachments in shape for spaghetti, tagliatelle, lasagne, mouth bags or ravioli and filled with vegetables, minced meat or cheese. Spätzle dough is softer and can be stirred by hand. There is also whole grain noodle dough as well as special dough for Wan Tan, spring rolls or Schupf noodles.
