Recipes for Pan Dishes

Pan dishes are well suited to use leftovers. They are inexpensive and can be prepared quickly and easily. Meat leftovers from roasting, turkey schnitzel or chicken breast are particularly suitable for browning. To pan dishes belong also the classics like farmer pan, Jambalaya or Paella. Even for brunch you can prepare rustic dishes in large pans and serve them directly from them. Pan dishes can be combined with potatoes, rice or noodles.
