Recipes for Fondue Sauces

For fondue sauces you can prepare for example mayonnaise, fresh cheese, yoghurt or cream fraiche to a basic sauce and then vary it with different spices and herbs. Thus, one quickly has several fondue sauces together, which can be divided into small bowls and served with the fondue meat. Fondue sauces can also be used for dipping raw food plates. Fondue sauces, unlike grill sauces, are somewhat creamier and not so spicy, so that they do not overlay the taste of fondue meat.
