Recipes for Christmas

Christmas is the time to bring something special like game or goose roast to the table. But you can stand a little longer in the kitchen. Since typical Christmas dishes are usually cooked only once a year, they remain special and make the Christmas meal particularly festive. However, those who are not yet so experienced in preparing large roasts should try one of the recipes in between so that they don't get stressed at Christmas. The recipes can of course be prepared throughout the Advent season.
