Meat

The meat heading lists all types of meat that do not fall under the beef or pork heading. We have also removed veal from the beef category and classified it under meat. Here you will find everything from simple, inexpensive recipes such as sausages and liver to lamb and more sophisticated recipes for game such as deer, roe deer, hare or rabbit. We have also sorted recipes in which several types of meat, such as fondue, are used together in the meat section. To simplify the search, the recipes for meat have been divided into roasts, grilled recipes, short roasts, braised dishes and lamb.
