Meat

The heading Meat includes all types of meat that cannot be classified under the heading Beef or Pig. We have also removed veal from the beef category and included it under meat. Here you will find everything from simple, inexpensive recipes such as sausages and liver, to lamb and more sophisticated recipes for game such as deer, roe deer, hare or rabbit. Also recipes in which several kinds of meat are used together, e.g. for fondue, we have sorted in the category meat. To make the search easier, the recipes for meat have been divided into roasts, barbecue recipes, short roasts, stews and lamb.
