Goulash Recipes

Goulash is one of the most popular stews. It is inexpensive, tastes aromatic and can also be prepared in large quantities very well. Goulash becomes tenderer the longer it stews. It is important that goulash stews gently in little liquid, otherwise it can become tough. The sauce is only extended at the end with broth, wine or water. Classically, beef goulash or pig goulash are used. Low-calorie and tenderer turkeys are goulash or chicken goulash.
