Fish

A lot of people don't like fish because it has bones. But fish casseroles, nuggets, fish cakes and many other recipes use fish fillets that do not contain bones. Fried fish remains particularly juicy when fried in breadcrumbs. Fish is very digestible if it is prepared or steamed as a cooked fish. Fish is also very suitable for grilling. Not only children love e.g. fried fish, fish fingers or pasta with fish. Fish is particularly low in calories and is suitable for a diet. Fresh fish can be recognized by shiny eyes, red gills and shiny scales. Fish must not smell "fishy". For transport, it should be placed in cool bags or on ice if possible.
