Dips

Fresh dips can be prepared quickly without much effort. As a rule, they can be kept for 2-3 days in the refrigerator and are thus ideal for barbecues, parties or cold buffets. Dips can not only be eaten with vegetables or crackers, but also served with meat or freshly baked bread. Special bread spreads and pâtés as well as grill sauces or fondue sauces have their own category. Salad dressings are not as good as dips as they are usually thinner.
