Some of my bread recipes are also suitable for the bread baking machine. In this case I write behind the name of the bread BBA for bread maker. The various types of flour used in bread recipes are available in well-stocked supermarkets or in health food stores. Since many baking recipes for bread have accumulated in the meantime, there are now categories for flat bread, wheat bread, mixed bread and rolls. Homemade spreads and jam taste very good with freshly baked bread.
