African Recipes

Africa is a continent with many countries, so the cuisine is very varied. Usually the dishes are simple and a lot of vegetables like corn, rice, millet or sweet potatoes are used. Meat dishes are among the feasts. There is also fish on the coasts and along the rivers. The spices of Africa are not always available in Europe, but can be replaced and this is stated in the recipes. Tomato pulp and broth cubes are widely used. The food is mostly eaten very spicy.
