fat reduced mayonnaise
horseradish
ketchup
Dijon mustard
onion
parsley

Serves 3 - 603 cal per serving

Prepare this grilling sauce also very easily in large amounts. You also can vary the spiciness to taste. This grilling sauce is not only perfect for grilled, barbecued or pan-fried meat it accompanies also French fries very well. And makes a good sauce for fondue. Pour fat free or fat reduced mayonnaise in a bowl and combine with finely grated horseradish (from a jar), ketchup and Dijon mustard (or another spicy mustard). Peel onion and dice finely. Add to the grilling sauce and stir. Reserve some parsley for decorations as shown on the picture above. Finely chop remaining parsley and stir into the grilling sauce just before serving.
