You will need about 2-3 hours for this Spaghetti with Meat Sauce as the meat sauce tastes best the longer it cooks. Grind the pork stew and beef stew using a meat grinder. Peel a large onion and dice finely. In a pot heat olive oil, add onion and stew on low heat until glassy. Increase heat, add ground meat and brown. Add diced Prosciutto and continue cooking. Add crushed tomatoes and stir. Cover with lid to avoid spatter, but not tightly so the steam can still exhaust. Cook the meat sauce on low heat for 2-3 hours until thickened. Stir once in a while. As a final step season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Be careful with salt as the Prosciutto is already salty. Cook spaghetti al dente, drain and combine with meat sauce.
