Pancakes With Ham Strips




Ingredients:
180 g/1 1/2 cups
1/4 l / 1 cup

200 g / 7 oz
30 g / 1 oz
plain flour
milk
Salt
eggs
ham
butter, unsalted

Serves 3 - 628 cal per serving
Prep-time: 15 min. - Total-time: 30 min.
For Pancakes With Ham Strips first mixing in a bowl combine flour and milk and stir until smooth. Season with salt. Using a wire whisk beat in the eggs. Cut the ham in 1/3 inch thick slices and than cut in thin strips. In a coated pan melt 10 g / 1/3 oz butter and fry 1/3 of the ham strips per serving. Pour 1 ladle full of pancake batter over the ham strips and bake on medium heat until golden brown. Turn upside down and bake second side. Place the Pancakes With Ham Strips on a plate and keep warm until all pancakes are done. Serve with a fresh salad.
