white balsamic vinegar
pepper, salt
canola oil
grainy mustard
sweet mustard
tarragon
Serves 6 - 170 cal per serving

Pour white balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Add freshly ground black pepper and salt. Stir well until the salt is dissolved. Add canola oil and whisk using a wire whisk until well combined. Stir in sweet mustard (use honey mustard if you can't get German sweet mustard) and grainy mustard. Finely chop the fresh tarragon leaves and add to the vinaigrette. Try this mustard vinaigrette with homemade 'Leberkäse' (see recipe).
