Strawberry Creme




Ingredients:
500 g / 1 lb
4 tbsp
1/2 L / 1/2 quart
2 tbsp
2 tbsp
50 g / 1 2/3 oz
strawberries
sugar
red sparkling wine
starch flour
cold water
whipping cream

Serves 3 - 359 cal per serving
Prep-time: 15 min. - Total-time: 60 min.
Quickly rinse the strawberries and let drain. Quarter the strawberries and put in a blender.Add sugar and blend until smooth. Add a tart red sparkling wine bit by bit. Dissolve 2 tbsp starch flour in some cold water and mix into the pureed strawberries. Put the strawberry puree in a pot and bring to a boil on medium heat. Fill in small bowls and let thicken in the refrigerator. Serve with whipped cream.
