It's very fast and easy to make the sour cream dip. Just combine the cream cheese and the sour cream in a bowl and stir until smooth. Slightly season with salt. Serve the sour cream dip with parmesan potato wedges, barbecued or fried meat, potatoes in the skin or Raclette. Sour cream dip is fresh tasting and can be stored up to a few days in the refrigerator.
