Serves 3 - 603 cal per serving
Prep-time: 20 min. - Total-time: 60 min.
Mix flour and salt together. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add to flour. Add 1 tbs olive oil and knead together to make a smooth dough. Place in a bowl, cover and allow to rise for about 20 minutes. Pour 1 cup water into a saucepan. Place the calamari rings in a sieve over the water, cover and steam for about 20 minutes until the rings are tender. Heat 2 tbs olive oil in a pan. Cook crushed garlic, finely chopped onions and sliced mushrooms . Add shrimps, mussels and calamari rings and continue to cook. Add white wine and lemon juice, season with freshly ground pepper, salt and oregano. Dice mozzarella cheese and mix with the seafood.
Roll out the dough and spread the seafood over half. Brush the edges with water. Fold the other half of the dough over and press the edges together. Brush with olive oil. Bake in a moderate oven at 180 C / 350 F for approx. 30 minutes.
