Ingredients:
1/8 l / 4 3/4 oz
2 cl / 2/3 oz
sparkling wine
Creme de Cassis
Serves 1 - 1.810 cal per serving

Pour ice cold sparkling wine in a tall champagne glass. Carefully pour in the Creme de Cassis. The liqueur should not reach the bottom of the glass. Just the upper half should be stained red. If you like to decorate the Kir Royal with a little rose, make sure you using an untreated one, e.g. from your own garden.
Serving Kir Royal in proper style use champagne instead of sparkling wine.
But this is the more expensive version and not everybody has champagne available.
