white vine vinegar
Dijon mustard
orange peel
ketchup
chili sauce
Serves 6 - 69 cal per serving
Prep-time: 15 min. - Total-time: 15 min.
Put 4 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice in a small saucepan.
Add raisins, soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, grated orange peel, ketchup (Heinz is best) and chili sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Put in a blender and puree well.
Fill hot sauce into sterilized jars, seal tightly, let it cool down and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 month.
