Cut Swiss cheese in small cubes. Put them in a bowl. Peel apple (granny smith is best), cut in wedges, then slices the wedges thin and mix with the cheese. Add pineapple chunks and seedless grapes. If you can't get seedless grapes, cut them in half and remove the seeds. For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and heavy cream in a separate bowl. Season with a pinch of ground chili and balsamic vinegar. Pour the dressing over the Swiss cheese fruit salad and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
