Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil. Put the chicken fillets on the tray. For the marinade mix the Dijon mustard and the honey in a small bowl, stir well. Chop fresh dill seeds very fine and add to the marinade. Wash an untreated orange thoroughly, pat dry and grind the peel very fine. Add 1 tbsp to the marinade and stir.
Brush both sides of the fillets with the marinade. Pre-heat oven to 375 F and bake the chicken for 30 minutes. Cut the fillets with a sharp knife on the thickest part, if the juices run clear they are done. Serve with fresh baked baguette and mixed salad.
