You can easily prepare this tuna spread in advance. It's a good alternative to cheese and cold cuts. Tuna in oil is being used in this recipe. Drain the tuna.
Boil the eggs for 8-10 Minutes until hard. Put the eggs in cold water to cool; peel them. Put the tuna, egg, pickle, capers, sour creme, oil, white wine vinegar, freshly ground pepper and salt in a blender and mix until creamy.
The tuna spread is good on toasted whited bread or also on hearty whole grain bread. Or serve as a dip with crackers or on a buffet.
