For this dish you can use redfish or codfish. First of all clean up the fish fillet, acidify with lemon juice and season slightly with salt. Finely dice the bacon and fry. Add the finely diced onion fry. Stir in the tomato paste and cream. Cut the redfish filet into bite sized chunks. Put half of it in an ovenproof dish. Spread the sauce over the fish and smooth it. Thereon put the rest of the fish. Finely shred the Gouda cheese and mix well with the bread crumbs. Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the fish.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 C / 390 F and bake on the lowest rung for 40-45 minutes uncovered. Serve with rice.
