Serves 3 - 603 cal per serving
Prep-time: 15 min. - Total-time: 60 min.
Pre heat the oven to 390 F. Thaw and unfold the Puff Pastry sheet. Sprinkle slightly with flour and roll out the sheet until it's large enough to line an 18 cm / 7 inch spring pan. Slightly moisten the spring pan and line with the puff pastry. Form a rim. Pierce the bottom several times with a fork. Pre bake on the middle rung for 15 minutes. Meanwhile melt the butter (2/3 tbsp) in a coated pan and add breadcrumbs, chopped almonds, sugar (2/3 tbsp) and cinnamon (1/2 tsp); saute briefly.
Put on the pre-baked puff pastry and coat with pitted plums.
Put back in the oven and bake for another 25 minutes. While hot sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Let cool completely before serving with whipped cream.
