First of all pre-heat oven to 445 F. Cook potatoes in the skin. Let them cool off, peel of the skin and cut the potatoes in slices. Heat the margarine in a coated skillet and fry the potato slices until golden brown. Add diced onions and diced ham, fry slightly. Season with salt, pepper and ground sweet paprika. Put the fried potatoes in an oven-proof dish. Heat oil in a skillet and brown the thin sliced pork chops shortly on high heat until crisp. Set the temperature to medium heat and fry until done (2-3 minutes). Season with pepper and salt and put them on top of the fried potatoes. In a bowl combine creme fraiche and milk and stir until smooth. Add grated Gouda cheese. Season to a bold taste with salt, pepper and ground paprika. Finely cut chives and parsley and add to the cheese mixture. Spread over the fried potato casserole. Bake at 445 F in the pre-heated oven for 10 min. Serve the fried potato casserole on a baking tray for several people.
