Grease a 26cm/ 12 inch ring pan. Preheat the oven to 180 C/350 F.
Beat the eggs together with the confectioner's sugar and the vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg liqueur and the oil. Beat very well. Mix the flour, cornflour and baking powder together and stir in. The mixture should be quite fluid. Coat the base of the pan with bread crumbs and fill in the cake mixture. Bake for approx. 60 minutes. This cake will remain moist for several days if kept wrapped in alufoil.
