Combine red wine, water and sugar in a pot. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and the egg yolk. Add the starch flour and stir well. Slowly heat the mixture on medium heat; do not boil otherwise the egg yolk will curdle.
After 5 minutes the red wine creme starts to thicken. Pour the red wine creme now in a bowl and put the bowl in cold water. Stir with a wire whisk until the creme is cold. Beat the whipping cream until stiff and fold into the red wine creme. Pour the red wine creme in small red wine glasses or glass bowls and let set in the refrigerator for 2 hours. You can prepare this dessert and keep it for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
