diced smoked ham
Salt
remolade
fresh dill
Serves 3 - 267 cal per serving
Prep-time: 5 min. - Total-time: 15 min.
Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool and peel. Cut the eggs into halves. On a large plate arrange the diced Prosciutto and put the egg halves on top.
Sprinkle with salt and decorate each egg half with a little bit of remolade (tartar sauce) and fresh herbs (e.g. dill or cress) Serve the eggs for dinner, on a buffet or for brunch.
