unskinned almonds
of ground ginger
ground red pepper

turkey breast
Serves 3 - 392 cal per serving
Prep-time: 10 min. - Total-time: 120 min.
Stir together oil, honey and brandy. Finely chop the almonds and the ginger; add to the sauce. Season with paprika, 1 heaped tsp white ground pepper and salt. Wash and pat dry the sliced turkey hen filet (you can also use sliced turkey breast filets) and put in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steaks.
Let baste in the marinade over night, but at least for 2 hours. Turning the steaks once.
Put on a broiling pan and broil on the top rung for 12 minutes. Turn over and grill for another 5 minutes. Put the steaks on a serving dish. The rice salad Mandarin goes very good with this dish.
