Combine plain whole yogurt with Creme Fraiche and stir until smooth. Season with freshly ground black pepper, salt and paprika. Mash the garlic and add to the sauce. Cover the sauce and put it in the refrigerator to soak.
The yogurt sauce is a perfect dip for Fondue or for raw vegetables.
Or serve it with mixed salad or steaks and chops.
