French Sauce

herb cream cheese
mayonnaise
whipping cream
yogurt
mustard
green peppercorns
chives
Worcestershiresauce
Tabasco
Soy sauce

Serves 3 - 128 cal per serving
Prep-time: 10 min. - Total-time: 10 min.
Combine the soft whipped herb cream cheese (i.e. herb cream cheese from Alouette or Boursin) with mayonnaise, cream, yogurt, mustard, and stir until smooth. Finely chop the green peppercorns (pickled soft green peppercorns were used here) and add to the sauce. Cut the chive in thin rolls and add to the sauce. Season to taste with Worcestershire sauce, little dash of Tabasco and soy sauce. Because of the liquid seasonings there is no salt or pepper required. Prepare the sauce and keep it fresh in the refrigerator. Serve the French sauce with Fondue or grilled meat or as a dip for raw vegetables.
