The meat category contains all recipes with meat which are not suitable for the categories beef or pork. For example mixed ground meat which is half pork and half beef. Also veal is excluded in the beef rubric and classified in the meat category. In this category you will find easy and inexpensive recipes like dishes made of sausages and liver up to recipes for lamb and more challenging recipes such as game dishes e.g. venison, hare or rabbit.
